Our Commercial Scope
Light-Gauge Metal & Wood Framing
Steel stud and wood framing, load-bearing and non-load-bearing, laid out and installed to the tolerances the job calls for.
Gypsum Board Installation & Finishes
Hanging, taping, and finishing to the level specified, including fire-rated and moisture-resistant assemblies.
Acoustic Ceiling Systems (ACT)
Grid layout and tile installation, coordinated with the mechanical, electrical, and fire protection above the ceiling.
Full Division 9 Scope

Send Us the Plans
Drawings and a bid date are enough to start. We’ll tell you quickly whether it’s a fit rather than sitting on it until the day before it’s due.

Takeoff and Proposal
You get a scope letter that spells out what’s included and what isn’t. Clarifying it at bid time is cheaper than arguing about it during construction.

Manpower and Schedule
We size the crew to your schedule and coordinate with the trades ahead of and behind us, because Division 9 sits in the middle of both.

Punch and Closeout
We work the punch list and get off the job, so the trades behind us aren’t waiting on ceilings that should have been done.
